Based on the substances in my fridge I would say that my family’s food habits are pretty Americanized. We have a lot of perishable food items in the fridge but there are a lot more non perishable Asian products in the cabinets of my kitchen. It doesn’t look like we ever have a lot of stuff in our fridge but somehow we’re always having full meals every night. We also have many variations of sauces and this goes to show that sauces make up the taste of everything. Without a good sauce, a dish would not be good. The product in the dish, such as vegetables, may be good but if the sauce it’s made in is not good then it doesn’t matter that the vegetables are good and healthy.
